Local Produce
Dart Marina Restaurant has an abundance of award winning producers on its doorstep and our team of chefs use the produce of the South Hams as their palette when creating innovative, exciting and memorable food.
Lamb is sourced from farmer Phil Bond at Blackawton and pork from nearby Poole Farm. Tender, well hung beef comes from a traditional family butchers in Totnes where traceability is a central theme and butchery skill an art.
Diver Scallops are delivered each day from Start Bay and superb Oysters, farmed by a family in the sparkling clean waters of Bigbury Bay are a feature of the menu.
