We are centrally located a short distance from Paignton town, harbour and beach and close to Goodrington Sands and Park, QuayWest Water Park and Torbay Leisure Centre.

Paignton Self Catering – Big Tree Holiday Flats
Each self-catering flat offers comfort, convenience and a high standard of cleanliness and all have their own front doors to the outside. Ample free private parking is provided and guests have use of our pretty garden and patio. Free wifi access is installed.
There are six flats in total, five of which form a separate block in the garden of Big Tree House. The sixth flat is attached to the house (Flat 1a). They offer comfort, convenience and a high standard of cleanliness and are comprehensively equipped for easy self catering.
There are four ground floor one-bedroom flats to sleep two, and two first floor two-bedroom flats to sleep four. All are self-contained with their own front doors. They are all electric, supplied by £1 coin meter. There is comfortable seating, dining table and chairs and a side table in the living area. All bed linen, bath mats and tea towels are supplied at no extra charge. We are able to offer towel hire for the flats or the beach.

Paignton Pier, English Riviera, Devon
Paignton has five great beaches including Goodrington Sands where you’ll also find the UK’s only outdoor waterpark and a great selection of activities.
Paignton’s beaches are the best in the Torbay area. For those with young families, there’s nothing finer than arming yourself with a bucket and spade and decamping there for the day.
Paignton’s gently shelving sands, multi-coloured beach huts, backed by a broad swathe of lawn and general flatness, make it ideal for young families.
Paignton Pier is set at the centre of one of the English Riviera’s best beaches, with many attractions on the open deck and inside, plus magnificent views of Tor Bay.
Splashdown Quaywest is situated on the beach at Goodrington Sands and includes 8 slides & flumes, swimming pool and children’s toddler play areas.
Visit Paignton Zoo, one of Britain’s top zoos, set in 75 acres of naturalistic landscaped grounds with plenty of trees and water. Home to many amazing species, including rhino, elephant, giraffe, orangutans, gorillas, lions, tigers.
Experience the elegance of Oldway Mansion, the distinctive architecture of Palace Avenue or take a walk along the green coastline of Elberry Cove.
Paignton’s Queen’s Park train station is also the terminus of the Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway, which connects with Goodrington Sands beach before following the Dart to Kingswear. Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway trains travel seven miles along the most spectacular South Devon coast down into the Dart Valley, a designated area of outstanding beauty. You could make a day of it by taking the ferry from Kingswear to Dartmouth, then taking a riverboat up the Dart to Totnes, from where you can take any bus back to Paignton – a Round Robin ticket lets you do this.
Occombe Farm is an organic farm on the edge of Paignton. It has an award-winning farm shop and cafe featuring the best of local food and drink, an easy-access nature trail, and an education centre.
During the summer months you will find the area hosts many festivals and fairs, in addition to the many events which are held on the green.
